1. How Can I Change Standard Shipping into Expedited Shipping after Payment?
If you choose Standard shipping before, but now you want to change it into Expedited shipping, please follow these steps:
If the product you chose is free shipping:
A. Please add products into your shopping cart to check the expedited shipping fee.
B. Please pay extra expedited shipping fee to billing@sinoant.com by Pay Pal.
C. After paying it, please contact us and give us the transaction ID of Pay Pal.
D. We will use transaction ID you give us to check the payment. If we receive it, we will change shipping way for you in your order.

A. Please add products into your shopping cart to check the expedited shipping fee.
B. Please pay the balance between expedited shipping and standard shipping fee

C. How to Use Coupon Card?
a. Add the product to your personal shopping cart.
b. In the page of Confirmation Order, find Coupon Card, and input the Coupon Card you get before. Then click the button “Proceed to Checkout”.
D. Notice for Use Coupon Card:
a. Each Coupon Card has a price requirment, if the price of your products doesn't reach the requirment, the Coupon Card will not be used and even not shown in the confirmation order page.
b. The coupon must be used within the validity period.
c. You can only use one coupon in an order.
d. Coupon can be used once only. If the coupon amount is more than the order amount, the balance will not be returned. If the coupon amount is less than the order amount, the balance needs to be paid by the user.
e. The coupon is only available for offset against the amount of the order; it can not to be exchanged for cash.
f. In the order paid in coupon, if there is a return request, the user shall bear return expenses. We will refund in accordance with the amount actually paid by you. The coupon will not be exchanged to cash to return you.
4. When should I Order My Wedding Dress?
Normally our dresses will take about 25 working days to tailor, so we suggest you order your dress at least one month prior to your event date.
5. Are There any Discounts or Coupon Codes?
Of course, if you order more than 2 dresses in one order, we can give you some discounts. The rate of discount varies according to the quantity of your order. The more you order, the more discount you get. For detail information, please contact us by e-mail or live chat.
6. Will My Dress Exactly Match the Color I See on Your Website?
There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and the color shown on the website, because color varies according to computer monitor display settings.
7. Do I Need to Pay for Taxex and Duties?
Different countries have different customs regulations. It's better for you to inquire your local customs about this information. We will not take any responsibility for taxes and duties.
8. Where Can You Ship to? What Carries do You Use?
